Job Description

Join one of the region’s most respected cardiology practices as an RN Clinical Supervisor, where you'll play a pivotal leadership role in advancing exceptional patient care alongside nationally and internationally recognized cardiology physicians. Leading a team of approximately 25 clinical professionals, you'll serve as a trusted clinical and operational leader, partnering closely with physicians, hospital leadership, and interdisciplinary teams across both clinic and hospital settings.

The Opportunity

Manage specific administrative and clinical functions related to the daily operations of the clinic as assigned.

Supervise assigned clinical departments.

Responsible for all resources and functions related to patient care including ordering supplies QA regulatory compliance OSHA maintenance of clinical equipment and regular staff meetings.

Responsible for training and development of assigned employees including hiring decisions discipline and staff evaluations.

Assist clinical staff as needed.

Overall responsibility for working to achieve quality healthcare and high patient satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Applicable Experience

Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross, Registered Nurse - Various

Associate Degree - Nursing
