In this role, you’ll work with a wide range of digital audio content, including music, podcasts, and audiobooks, helping ensure that content and search experiences are accurately understood and represented for audiences around the world.If Indonesian is your primary language and you have a strong understanding of the language, culture, and local content, this is an opportunity to put your language expertise and cultural knowledge to work in a dynamic global project.What You’ll DoReview and annotate music, podcasts, audiobooks, and related search scenarios with accuracy and cultural awarenessUse your language expertise and cultural knowledge to understand content, context, and user intentListen to and evaluate audio content when needed, considering relevance, context, and local cultural nuancesResearch information online to verify details and support accurate evaluationsApply project guidelines consistently while using good judgment when handling nuanced or subjective contentClearly document your findings, insights, and questions in EnglishComplete assigned annotation tasks within established 1–2 week project timelines across rotating project typesIncorporate feedback and escalate questions or issues when additional clarification is neededProject Commitment30 hours per weekHours of Operation (Pacific Time)5:00 AM to 4:00 PM PSTWhat We’re Looking ForIndonesian as a primary language, with strong written and verbal English proficiencyStrong understanding of the culture, language, and local contentFamiliarity with Indonesian music, podcasts, audiobooks, and other digital mediaComfortable exploring and navigating audio streaming platforms on both desktop and mobile devicesExcellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy and consistencyExperience with content annotation, rating, or evaluation, including making subjective assessments and applying defined criteria consistentlyProficient with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets, as well as web-based tools and platformsReliable, adaptable, and open to receiving and incorporating feedbackWorkspace RequirementsDedicated laptop or desktop computer running Windows 11 or macOS TahoeWillingness to install required ModSquad security systems on your computer and mobile phoneStable broadband internet connection of 50 Mbps or higher8 GB RAM or greaterGood quality headset with clear audioDual monitors are highly recommendedPlease note:  A Chromebook is not sufficient for ModSquad projects.About ModSquad:ModSquad has been reinventing the Customer Experience Services industry since 2007.
