Queensland Digital Health Centre (QDHeC)Full-time, fixed-term position until December 2027  Base salary will be in the range $120,317 - $134,892 + 17% super (HEW Level 8) Based at our Herston CampusAbout This Opportunity  Join the Queensland Digital Health Centre (QDHeC) in a pivotal senior leadership role where you will help shape the future of digitally enabled healthcare research.As Research Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse portfolio of high-impact digital health research, consultancy and strategic initiatives, including nationally significant Medical Research Future Fund (MRFF) programs.Working within a collaborative, innovative and purpose-driven environment, you will partner with leading researchers, clinicians, government agencies and industry stakeholders to drive meaningful outcomes that translate research into real-world impact.This is an exciting opportunity to influence complex projects, strengthen research capability and contribute to creating positive change across the health sector.Key responsibilities will include:Leading the planning, governance and delivery of a portfolio of digital health research and consultancy projects, ensuring milestones, timelines, quality outcomes and strategic objectives are achieved.Providing expert project management leadership across major research programs, including nationally funded initiatives, while managing risks, dependencies, budgets, reporting and project performance.Building and maintaining strong partnerships with researchers, clinicians, industry and government stakeholders, and coordinating effective communication, engagement and governance activities.Supporting the development and implementation of research, consultancy and strategic initiatives through funding applications, business cases, operational planning, compliance activities and continuous improvement projects that enhance research impact and organisational performance.About You  To be successful in this role, you will be a highly organised and strategic project management professional who thrives in a complex research environment. You will bring a proven ability to lead multiple concurrent projects, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver high-quality outcomes across research, consultancy and strategic initiatives.
