This position requires working onsite with our client in Washington, DC. This role follows a 6 pm–6 am shift on a 4-on/4-off schedule (four consecutive workdays, four days off). This is an armed position. Candidates must hold and maintain a valid concealed pistol license and be legally able to carry a firearm in Washington, DC. JOB DESCRIPTION The Residential Safety Agent (RSA) will serve a critical security function while maintaining a customer service-focused approach. The RSA will act as a member of the client’s residential physical security team, providing on-site security services. The individual will monitor access control systems, support incident management, and coordinate emergency response. We are currently looking to fill this position, which will work on a team providing 24/7 coverage. This is a full-time position working 12-hour shifts, including coverage of weekends, nights, and holidays. Schedules will be established in advance. RESPONSIBILITIES Act to support threat management and emergency response, and be the first point of contact for client security needs. Monitor and manage the camera system, access control technology, and other security tools Advise and take action addressing unknown visitors, phone calls, and other contacts Maintain excellent rapport and open lines of communication regarding client needs, requests for support, service issues, and deliverables.
