In this context , digital resilience is always top of mind and fully embedded in our business strategy.  The Tech Risk team within the second line Enterprise Risk function, ensures that risk management practices are applied across Adyen’s technological environments, teams and initiatives. The Resilience Risk Officer acts as an enabler of  innovation, deeply integrating with engineering to transform technical complexity into operational strength. You will champion a digital resilience strategy that not only safeguards the platform but actively enables rapid, reliable growth, ensuring that resilience is embedded at the core of Adyen’s technological change. The ideal candidate is an experienced Tech Risk professional, with relevant expertise in Governance, Risk and Compliance, with solid technical understanding to advance the IS & IT Risk framework to the next level of maturity in areas such as Digital Operational Resilience and IT Excellence (IT Capacity, Change Management, etc.).   What you will do Ensure effective technology risk mitigation by executing risk assessments across IT areas, projects, and assets, and advising stakeholders on the risk actions. Collaborate closely with tech leadership and build an internal network to ensure the Resilience and IT Excellence domains remain represented in business activities, contributing to decision making.
