We are looking for passionate, talented people who want to join us in our mission to inspire and educate men to be happier and healthier!About the Role: Dr. Squatch is looking for a sharp, analytically-driven Retention & Merchandising Strategy Manager to join the Retention Team. This is a strategy-first role: you will define the vision and approach for our subscription and loyalty programs, identify opportunities to improve retention and grow LTV, and translate data into clear recommendations and initiatives. You’ll also inform the merchandising strategy — particularly how we think about product access, offer design, and A/B testing — working closely with the web team to execute. This role is ideal for someone coming out of consulting or a fast-paced ecommerce environment who wants to own a meaningful strategy function at a high-growth consumer brand. This role reports to the Director of Retention & Monetization and works closely with Digital Product, Integrated Marketing, and the broader business. This is a full-time role with company benefits based in Marina Del Rey, CA. The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $95,000 to $120,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates. What You'll Do: Define the strategy and roadmap for our subscription and loyalty programs — identifying opportunities to reduce churn, deepen engagement, and grow LTV — and work with the Digital Product team to execute Own performance monitoring across retention, subscription, and loyalty — building and maintaining reporting cadences that surface early signals and inform both short-term actions and longer-term strategic priorities Develop and maintain LTV:CAC and retention modeling frameworks, translating complex data into clear business recommendations Inform the merchandising strategy for subscription and loyalty — including which products and LE drops members can access, offer design, and exclusive assortment — in close partnership with the web team Support the A/B testing roadmap for retention and site monetization initiatives, developing hypotheses, defining success metrics, and driving decisions from results Build business cases for new initiatives, synthesizing performance data, customer insights, and market context into clear recommendations for leadership About You: 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, ecommerce, consumer brand, agency, or tech Highly analytical — comfortable building models, interpreting data, and con...
