Job Summary -
The Revenue Operations Analyst will be responsible for managing and optimizing the systems and tools that drive revenue operations. This role involves ensuring the seamless integration, configuration, and maintenance of our tech stack used across the revenue cycle, including CRM, marketing automation, and customer success. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in supporting revenue operations in a high-growth SaaS environment
Responsibilities -
Operational Alignment: Develop, implement, and monitor operational processes for GTM teams, ensuring visibility into goals and progress.
Obstacle Identification: Identify and address obstacles, bridging gaps between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
GTM Stack Management: Lead projects within the GTM Stack, focusing on Gong, Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Apollo.
Reporting & Analytics: Generate and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into revenue operations performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to define key metrics and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
