Job Title: Rock N Water Ambassador
Department: Rock-N-Water
Status: Part-Time 5-10hr/week
Reports to: Camp Director Start & End Date: 8/1/2025
Overview
The Rock N Water Ambassador role will work to further the mission of Rock N Water by connecting with and booking new churches, schools and other organizations in your specified region. With this role you’ll actively seek and meet with potential groups face-to-face (or Facetime, Zoom, etc…) within a designated territory, building relationships, presenting camp options and closing sales.
Essential Functions
- Identify potential groups through networking and market research
- Schedule and conduct in person meetings with group leaders to discuss their needs and present custom camp solutions
- Manage sales process from lead generation to closing including follow up communication
- Track sales performance providing regular updates to Director
Additional Functions
- Attend marketing events from time to time as needed

Qualifications

- Experience working as an Adventure Guide for Rock N Water. 49er Fun experience is a plus.
- Valid California Driver’s License
