At LG, we believe in the power of collective wisdom through an inclusive work environment.  Join us and become a part of a company that is shaping the future of technology.  At LG, we strive to make Life Good for Everyone.  Annual Salary starting at $70,000 Shift: Days 7am-4pm Monday-Friday Area of Responsibility : Assist with maintaining compliance with national and local life safety codes Perform regular inspection of safety & fire prevention compliance Develop and maintain site specific safety / fire prevention programs to ensure compliance Perform audits for Lock Out Tag Out, Job Hazardous Analysis, Machine Safe Guarding, Construction Safety etc. Assist and maintain compliance that is consistent with the requirements of ISO 45001  Incident management (First aid response, accident investigation and incident reporting) Assist with Worker’s Compensation Management and Reporting Assist with fire equipment and facility inspections as needed *The required roles and responsibilities of this position are not limited to the listed tasks   Education Level and/or Relevant Experience: Minimum of Bachelors' Degree in engineering or Safety 3-5 years of relevant experience Safety and/or Fire Prevention certifications preferred  Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration• Strong knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements that includes but not limited to manufacturing and 6 Sigma Lean manufacturing• Ability/Experience in using strong skills in analyzing, troubleshooting and evaluating problems• Exceptional written and oral communication skills• Strong knowledge of manufacturing; including machine capabilities and efficiencies, etc.    Other Requirements: Some occasional international travel required Benefits Offered Full-Time Employees: No-cost employee premiums for you and your eligible dependents for competitive medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits.
