We're actively seeking talented Sales Associates to join our Sales Associate team onsite in Omaha, NE. This position is onsite 4 days per week.The Sales Associate position could be your opportunity to start a career in the Financial Services industry at a Fortune 500 company that has been in business for over 150 years. Our Sales Associates provide support to our Consumer Markets Division (CMD) sales team. The team includes the Internal Wholesaling Management Team and Regional Internal and External Wholesalers. You’ll assist advisors by making outbound prospecting calls, campaign and appointment calls to advisors of specific Field Wholesaler/Internal Wholesaler teams, and other activities to support the CMD sales team.We’ll also support you with paid study time and mentorship to help you obtain FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam (SIE), Series 6/7, and Series 63.The base hourly pay for this role is $25.00 for level I and $26.50 for level II (with current SIE).What You’ll DoAssist advisors by providing support to the Wholesaling TeamsMake outbound prospecting/cross-selling, campaign and appointment calls to advisors at the direction of specific Field Wholesaler/Internal Wholesaler teamsProvide overall support to the department internsShadow Internal Wholesalers to get an understanding of how to become successful in selling our products to our client baseTools You'll UseOutlookMicrosoft Word & ExcelSalesforceRequired Skills and Experience: Must be willing and able to obtain FINRA Securities Industry Essentials exam (SIE), Series 6/7, and Series 63 License within 90 days of starting the positionStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build relationships over the phoneAbility to prospect for leads and follow up on themStrong organizational skillsPreferred Experience: Interest in annuity and mutual funds strongly preferredCollege degree strongly preferred#LI-KB1Base Pay Range:The base pay range noted represents the company’s good faith minimum and maximum range for this role at the time of posting.
