About this roleJob DescriptionSeeking a talented Sales, Client Service & Operations Analyst/Associate who will play a critical role in both driving growth and delivering a seamless experience for clients utilizing SpiderRock Advisors (SRA) option overlay strategies. This individual will partner closely with Sales, Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance, Marketing teams, and partner custodians to ensure transparency, accelerate time to market, and deliver a high-quality client experience. The role combines consultative sales, relationship management, and operational execution with a focus on scaling adoption of SRA solutions while maintaining strong risk and process oversight. Role focus will be determined by the candidate’s background and strengths, with opportunities in either sales, onboarding/implementation or operations.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Client EngagementServe as a subject matter expert on SRA’s option overlay strategies, risk management, and portfolio enhancement solutionsDrive adoption of SpiderRock strategies across financial advisors and their clientsCreate and deliver proposals and tailored solutions for prospective and existing clientsProvide ongoing advisor support, technical guidance, and portfolio reviewsDeliver presentations, webinars, and training sessionsDevelop engagement campaigns, lead generation initiatives, and manage pipelinePartner with marketing and investment teams to ensure consistent messagingClient Onboarding & ImplementationManage end-to-end onboarding including account opening, documentation collection, and executionOversee documentation lifecycle across internal systems and SalesforceCoordinate with stakeholders and custodians to ensure efficient account setupEstablish timelines, manage expectations, and ensure onboarding milestonesManage escalations, implementation issues, and error resolutionOwn onboarding experience and client satisfactionOperational Execution & Process ImprovementPerform research to support product setup and documentation requirementsIdentify opportunities to improve and scale processesMaintain disciplined communication and status updatesAbility to provide support to the Trade Operations Team with regards to reconciliation and trade supportRisk Management & AccountabilityIdentify, escalate, and resolve risk and process issues in a timely mannerEnsure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirementsMaintain strong attention to detail across documentation and deliverablesKey Qualifications1–4 years of relevant experience in financial services, preferably in Wealth or Asset ManagementBA/BS degree requiredSIE, Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65) licenses, or ability to obtain within 3–6 monthsCore CompetenciesStrong client focus and relationship management skillsConsultative sales and advisor engagement experienceAbility to analyze complex information and deliver solutionsExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong organizational and multitasking ab...
