Sales Development Representative

We're looking for two founding Sales Development Representatives — one East Coast, one West Coast — to build and operationalize Moxie's outbound motion from the ground up. This isn't a traditional volume-dial SDR seat: you'll work in a pod model directly alongside Account Executives, co-owning strategy, messaging, and channel selection to re-engage past prospects and surface net-new opportunities in our highest-value segment — experienced operators and enterprise accounts.

The playbooks you build in this role won't just drive your own pipeline — they'll become the foundation for scaling the SDR function beyond these first two hires. You'll turn short-term outbound experiments into a durable, repeatable pipeline engine, with real input into how Moxie approaches re-engagement and net-new sourcing for this segment.

Our Objectives for the Role

  • Ramp fully on our outbound stack and re-engage a meaningful slice of dormant/past prospects in your pod's book, booking qualified meetings for your AE partners
  • Build and own your pod's outbound playbook — messaging, sequences, and channel mix — in partnership with your AE pod, iterating based on results to improve reply and meeting-booked rates over time
  • Fully own outbound execution for your pod's territory with minimal oversight, while building a strong working rhythm with your 3 AEs, the other SDR, and Marketing
  • Launch a second outbound initiative, such as a new channel or a targeted account-based play for the enterprise segment, and document your playbook well enough for a third SDR to ramp on quickl...
