This role is ideal for an experienced dealership sales leader who can desk deals, coach sales consultants, manage CRM follow-up, and drive both sales volume and gross profit in a structured, professional environment.

- Compensation: $80,000–$140,000 per year, based on experience, performance, and dealership results
What You’ll Do
- Desk and structure deals to support profitability, lender compliance, and customer satisfaction
- Lead, coach, and develop sales consultants through daily training and performance feedback
- Improve close rates, appointment show rates, lead response, and follow-up consistency
- Hold the team accountable for CRM usage, sales process execution, and customer experience standards
- Support inventory strategy, pricing conversations, deal flow, and sales performance goals
- Maintain a structured, professional, and results-focused sales environment
- Step into customer negotiations when needed to help close business
What We’re Looking For
- Automotive sales management or dealership sales leadership experience required
- Strong desking and deal-structuring ability
- Proven ability to coach, train, motivate, and hold salespeople accountable
- Strong understanding of gross profit, sales volume, lead management, and customer satisfaction
- Comfortable using CRM tools and following up on internet, phone, and showroom leads
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dealership
- Professional communication style and ownership mindset
