The Sales Operations Analyst is a new position in the Sales & Marketing Department that will augment the team while working closely with other departments, vendors and stakeholders under the direction of the VP of Sales & Marketing. The Sales Operations Analyst will analyze everything from sales data, marketing campaigns, business development territories, data trends and partner goal performance.  This role will provide key insights that will help develop new and ongoing marketing tactics, provide reports, create presentations of data analysis, assist with data quality assurance, assist with the ETL (Extraction-Transform-Loading) process of data for BI reporting, and be actively involved with the development and maintenance of various partner reports, BI systems and dashboards.Responsibilities:Analyze sales data and provide analysis and insights regarding performanceAnalyze sales data as it relates to tool usage; provide insights and recommendationsAnalyze partner goal performance and provide reporting to managementCreates queries in SQL to answer business questions based on ad-hoc requestsPresents data to management in a variety of formats, charts, dashboards and custom-generated reportsValidate data in reports and queriesCandidate must be either enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program or a recent graduate.
