ABOUT SERVI SAL

Servi SAL is building Lebanon's first trust-based marketplace for home and family services — connecting households with vetted, reliable freelance professionals. We are at the founding stage, and the person joining now will have a direct role in how the company is built and how it runs

● Supply acquisition: Freelancer outreach and converting professionals into active service providers to build the freelancer database across Servi's verticals

● Sales & persuasion skills: learning structured methods to pitch, handle objections, and close with confidence

● Conversion optimization: testing outreach messaging and approaches to improve sign-up and activation rates

● Marketplace operations: gaining hands-on exposure to how supply is planned, vetted, and managed across verticals and areas

● Direct founder exposure: working alongside the co-founders to build the supply engine that makes Servi run

● Driven with ownership: proactive, takes initiative, and accountable for outcomes

● Curious with a learn by doing mindset: eager to experiment and grow

● Tech savvy: comfortable with digital tools, platforms, and quick to adapt

● Detail oriented and open to feedback: balances precision with adaptability

Technical skills that are a plus

● CRM tools: experience with lead tracking or pipeline management
