RESPONSIBILITIES

- Administer and maintain the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment.

- Configure and optimize Salesforce to support business processes.

- Build and maintain automations using Salesforce Flow and other declarative tools.

- Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.

- Create and maintain reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.

- Perform data imports, data quality maintenance, and deduplication activities.

- Troubleshoot system issues and provide end-user support.

- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

- Support Salesforce releases, testing, and change management activities.

- Document configurations, processes, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification.

- 4–6 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.

- Strong experience designing and maintaining automations using Salesforce Flow.

- Experience with reports, dashboards, validation rules, custom objects, page layouts, record types, and permission management.

- Solid understanding of the Salesforce security model and data management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Professional proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
