We’re looking for a / an Senior Business Systems Administrator – Specialty – Salesforce to be part of making this/that happenPosition Overview and ObjectiveThe Senior Business Systems Administrator works directly with key users of Salesforce to ensure maximum efficiency and capitalize on the full features and benefits of the tool. This is based on various organization needs that drive improvements in order to enable teams to achieve their strategic business objectives. We are seeking someone with excellent relationship, organizational, and technical skills who can interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs to translate, administer, and enhance the system accordingly. Responsibilities As a Senior Business Systems Administrator – Specialty – Salesforce at ARCTIC WOLF, you will: Work with Business Applications Leadership and Internal Stakeholders to identify needed system changes and partner on adoption and change management.Manage new releases of Salesforce and efficiently roll out new features.Demonstration of a disciplined change control process.Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, Flows, approval processes, installed packages, etc. within SalesforceConfigure and maintain Visualforce pages, Apex code and Lightning ComponentsConfigure and maintain Salesforce CPQ environmentCreate new reporting capabilities and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests as needed.Manage all processes that impact / relate to your application, Salesforce.Responsible for configuration, design, functionality and end-user support of the Salesforce application platform.Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processesResponsible for maintaining system security and integrity.Knowledge and understanding of all integrations that exist within your tool set and how changes, enhancements and new functionality adds mesh with and possibly affect the AWN application ecosystem.Reference and update (where applicable) existing documentation regarding Salesforce support and enhancement management.Troubleshoot all outages and produce ro...
