This role bridges business needs and technical execution: you'll design secure, scalable enterprise architecture and oversee custom development, while remaining hands-on yourself, spending at least 50% of your time actually building. You'll define and maintain the technical architecture standards for our Salesforce platform and connected systems (e.g. Data Warehouse). You'll also advocate the use of AI-assisted development tools across the team and help shape how AI fits into our broader integration architecture. Key projects span new product line implementations with self-service flow capabilities, improvements to the end-to-end quote-to-cash flow, debt collection optimization, and reducing friction in the customer invoice payment process.
