We operate Continental's global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform, enabling our Sales and Service teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences worldwide.To support our growing Salesforce landscape, we are hiring for one of the following profiles:Salesforce DevOps EngineerSalesforce DeveloperCandidates may apply if they meet the qualifications of either role.Option 1: Salesforce DevOps EngineerKey ResponsibilitiesDrive the DevOps and release strategy for a global Salesforce Sales & Service implementation.Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, Git, SFDX/sf CLI, automated testing, and quality gates.Define environment, branching, and release management strategies.Establish deployment governance, approval workflows, rollback plans, and hotfix procedures.Troubleshoot deployment issues, metadata dependencies, test failures, and permissions-related challenges.Continuously improve deployment reliability, speed, and platform stability.Enforce DevOps standards, including source control, pull request policies, security, auditability, and deployment best practices.Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to support efficient software delivery.Option 2: Salesforce DeveloperKey ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Development & ImplementationDesign, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.Develop customizations, integrations, and automation on the Salesforce platform.Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery.Support Salesforce global rollout initiatives and enhancement projects.Perform code reviews and promote development best practices and standards.Mentor junior developers and share technical knowledge across the team.Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend innovative solutions.Salesforce Support & OperationsProvide technical support and consultancy to key users.Analyze incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.Colla...
