Operating at the heart of an enterprise-grade product team, you will be the technical conscience of your squad — owning code quality, driving architecture decisions, and delivering robust CRM solutions that power boutique retail operations, omnichannel clienteling, and luxury client experiences across 5 continents. A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus) Role & Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture: Own end-to-end technical implementation of features — from design to deployment to documentation. Define and drive incremental architecture strategies aligned with the Maison’s IS model and System Architect guidance. Identify architectural constraints ahead of sprints during macro-grooming and PI Planning sessions. Exercise veto authority on fast-fixes that risk destabilising the Salesforce platform — quality is non-negotiable. Coordinate with System Architects and Enterprise Architects on cross-team technical decisions. Development & Code Quality: Implement clean, well-tested Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and platform-native code with full automated unit test coverage (TDD standard). Implement the technical part of automated business and regression tests. Lead structured code reviews and pair programming sessions; enforce software craftsmanship standards across the squad. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines; automate testing, deployment, and delivery processes. Manage and reduce technical debt; maintain backlog items for long-term platform stability.
