The Master Data Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining the quality and integrity of master data within the system. This role is crucial for ensuring that data related to business partners, customers, suppliers, and products is accurate and up-to-date. This position will augment the bandwidth of our Master Data team to help with the implementation of SAP Master Data Governance platform as well as perform run-the-business Master Data related activities. Primary Responsibilities: Demonstrate and uphold Riverside Natural Food’s Core Values Partner with Business Process owners, to provide end-to-end technology solutions implementation and Master Data enablement. Data Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain master data to ensure accuracy and consistency. This includes using Fiori UI for enriching business data. Data Governance: Implement data governance practices to consolidate, detect duplicates, and manage data quality. This involves mass processing capabilities to update multiple records at once. Data Quality Management: Continuously monitor and improve data quality through regular audits and remediation processes. User Support: Provide support and training to users on master data processes and best practices. Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on data quality and integrity Demonstrate OWNERSHIP, confidence, and the ability to make recommendations for selection of appropriate SAP best practices and solutions to meet business requirements effectively Ensure technical design and delivery align with functional specifications and adhere to quality standards.
