You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, translate scientific requirements into actionable plans, and oversee end-to-end project execution—aligning scientific teams, production, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on time and within scope. Job Responsibilities: Client-facing Project Management Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication, satisfaction, and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Translate client requirements into actionable plans for scientific and production teams, aligning technical capabilities with business goals. Oversee project execution, proactively identify and mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality deliverables are completed on time and within scope. Provide regular progress updates to clients, addressing challenges and presenting solutions to maintain transparency and trust. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to support the development of biologics, with a focus on early-stage research and production scale-up. Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., Quality Assurance, Process Development, and Manufacturing) to ensure alignment and efficiency in biologics production workflows. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret experimental data, preparing detailed technical reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. Contribute to the development of scientific publications, conference presentations, and webinars to showcase innovative findings and advancements. Complete other tasks assigned by superior(s). Qualifications: Ph.D., or equivalent major in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Structural Biology, Bioengineering, Chemical Engineering or a related field. Experience with high throughput and/or scale-up processes for biologics production. Strong willingness to work in client-facing project management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
