Based in Cheadle, Cheshire, our 950 colleagues help our customers throughout the UK, backed by the power of a £8 billion loan book. ––––––––––––– This Scrum Master role sits within our in-house Microsoft 365 team, which helps colleagues across the business maximise the value of Microsoft 365 through the delivery and adoption of new features and capabilities.Working closely with the Microsoft 365 Product Owner, you'll support the team's transition from a project-based delivery model to one focused on continuous delivery, improvement, and ongoing support. You'll enable high-performing Agile delivery by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching agile ways of working, and driving continuous improvement.We're looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices who can add value beyond ceremony facilitation. You'll coach and develop the team, enhance delivery standards, help navigate change, and ensure the delivery of high-quality outcomes that create meaningful benefits for colleagues across Together.
