Drive best execution and source liquidity via different channels. Cultivate counterparty relationships to gather market intelligence, monitor flows, and identify opportunities. Partner with PMs and quants to evaluate pricing, and refine models. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and manage multiple priorities. Desired Qualifications 3–5 years’ trading experience in Agency MBS and CMOs (other structured products a plus), with a track record of high-volume execution. Deep knowledge of collateral characteristics, default/prepayment models, and various analytics software (Bloomberg, Yieldbook, Intex etc..) . Quantitative degree (Math, CS, Engineering, etc.) Strong Python and coding skills, with an interest in applying AI-driven tools and automation to trading, execution analysis, market intelligence, and workflow optimisation. Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate complex concepts within a quantitative framework. The anticipated based salary range for this position is listed below. Compensation packages would also include benefits and a discretionary bonus.
