Applicants must currently live in our Northeast region (ideally New England or New York Metro) to be considered. This is a customer-facing position that will require travel as needed primarily in our Northeast region for customer meetings, workshops, conferences, and internal collaboration. You will work from home the rest of the time.  Role Overview You will partner with account executives, practice leadership, and delivery teams to understand customer challenges, build confidence in GuidePoint’s capabilities, and develop practical Exposure Management solutions. This is a customer-facing role focused on technical discovery, solution design, service positioning, and sales enablement. It is not focused on deep implementation or ongoing platform administration. You will work across vulnerability management, attack surface management, cloud security, CAASM, remediation orchestration, and risk-based prioritization. You should be comfortable discussing both established technologies and emerging approaches to modern Exposure Management. What You’ll Do Lead technical discovery calls and translate customer challenges into clear requirements and high-level solution designs. Help customers evaluate and improve vulnerability management, Exposure Management, asset visibility, prioritization, and remediation programs. Speak credibly about relevant technologies, integrations, and architectural trade-offs across platforms such as Tenable, Rapid7, Qualys, Axonius, Armis, Wiz, Orca, ServiceNow, and other Exposure Management technologies. Understand the relationships between vulnerability data, CAASM, business context, threat intelligence, cloud security, ticketing systems, and remediation workflows. Create high-level architecture diagrams, operating models, roadmaps, and solution recommendations. Validate technical feasibility and identify assumptions, dependencies, risks, and customer responsibilities before formal scoping. Position GuidePoint’s Exposure Management services, including assessments, platform enablement, optimization, platform operations, advisory services, and Vulnerability Management as a Service.
