This role serves as a key commercial partner for pharmaceutical and biotechnology customers, customer satisfaction, project execution, commercial activities and account growth with assigned customers. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers while supporting Lonza business objectives.Manage a portfolio of strategic customer accounts, driving customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and long-term business relationshipsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders while serving as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accountsIdentify and pursue opportunities to expand business within existing accounts by aligning customer needs with Lonza's Advanced Synthesis capabilitiesLead commercial discussions related to proposals, pricing, contracts, and business opportunities in collaboration with internal stakeholdersDevelop, maintain and execute account plans, ensuring alignment with customer objectives, commercial priorities, and agreed growth strategiesPartner with Project Management, Operations, Technical Teams, and Business Development to support successful project execution and customer communicationsRepresent the voice of the customer internally, facilitating issue resolution, managing escalations, and ensuring commitments are fulfilledMaintain accurate account plans, opportunities, forecasts, and customer information within Salesforce and other business systemsWhat we are looking for: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CDMO, or specialty chemical industry, including commercial, account management, business development, or customer-facing responsibilitiesExperience supporting small molecule drug substance, amorphous solid dispersions, bioconjugation or contract development and manufacturing (CDMO) servicesDemonstrated success managing customer relationships, growing account...
