ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a strategic, revenue-minded Account Manager who can own post-sale client relationships across a book of 70+ active accounts. You’ll ensure flawless campaign delivery, deepen client partnerships, and identify new opportunities for growth. This role is a mix of relationship management, strategic consulting, and data-driven performance analysis.

In this role, you will:

- Own post-sale client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.

- Lead client onboarding, campaign management, and delivery in collaboration with Ad Ops.

- Proactively identify renewal and upsell opportunities across your account base.

- Analyze campaign performance, communicate insights, and deliver actionable recommendations.

- Partner closely with Sales, Ops, and Ad Ops to streamline handoffs and improve execution.

- Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline, and account health data in HubSpot.

- Prioritize your book of business by potential, ensuring the right level of service across accounts.
