The role requires independent execution of accounting functions, effective problem-solving, and collaboration with internal stakeholders to support business objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & ComplianceEnsure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with applicable accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.Maintain and manage the general ledger, including journal entries, account classifications, and month-end closing activities.Process and review cash receipts, payments, tax transactions, and other financial activities.Ensure compliance with regulatory, financial reporting, and taxation requirements.Account Reconciliation & ControlsPerform regular reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, profit and loss accounts, intercompany balances, and bank accounts.Identify and resolve discrepancies, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial records.Maintain effective internal controls and support audit requirements.Financial ReportingPrepare periodic financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.Assist in the preparation of consolidated financial statements and cash flow reports.Generate financial analyses and reports for management decision-making.Support external reporting requirements, including regulatory and compliance submissions.Budgeting & Cost ManagementSupport annual budgeting and forecasting processes.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.Assist with cost accounting functions, including allocation of direct and indirect costs where applicable.Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Credit ManagementOversee or support Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.Monitor customer collec...
