Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
•
Review and process customer invoices and monitor incoming payments in a timely and accurate manner
•
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
•
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to Accounts Receivable
•
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and internal controls
•
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Sales, Controlling, HR, IT)
•
Contribute to documentation and standardization of AR procedures
•
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding AR transactions
•
Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification in finance, accounting, or business administration
•
Mentor less experienced colleagues in the team
•
Coordination of task distribution among members of the team
Education
•
Bachelor's or Master's degree in: Accounting / Finance / Economics / Business Administration
Work Experience
•
3+ years experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting
•
Experience in a Shared Service Center or international environment is a plus
•
Strong understanding of Account Receivable process and Order to Cash processes

Technical Skills
•
Microsoft Office package proficiency
•
SAP (FI/MM) knowledge considered as advantage
Language Requirements
•
English – intermediate to advanced level (written and spoken).
•
German, Hungarian, Spanish, Italian, Polish or other European languages are considered an advantage.
