As a Senior Appian Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering scalable Appian solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate manual processes and enable organisations to respond faster to changing business needs. This is a hands-on consulting role requiring strong technical expertise, client engagement skills and the ability to translate business requirements into robust enterprise applications. Role Responsibilities: You are a hands-on Appian specialist who enjoys solving complex business challenges through modern low-code technology. You combine strong technical capability with a consulting mindset and enjoy working closely with clients to understand problems before designing scalable solutions. You will lead the design, configuration and development of enterprise Appian applications, ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable and aligned to Appian best practices. You'll contribute throughout the delivery lifecycle, from technical design and sprint planning through to testing, deployment and production support. Working collaboratively with architects, product managers, business analysts and engineering teams, you'll help shape technical solutions that balance business requirements with implementation practicality. You'll be comfortable leading technical discussions with clients, providing guidance on solution design, integration approaches and delivery best practice while mentoring junior developers and helping elevate engineering quality across delivery teams.
