WHAT YOU WILL DO

1. BRAND STRATEGY & ART DIRECTION

- Own BJAK’s visual identity across channels — from layout and typography to motion and campaign visuals

- Translate marketing and business objectives into strong, clear creative directions

- Develop concepts and visual systems that scale across campaigns and markets

- Ensure consistency across digital, social, product, print, and performance creatives

2. CREATIVE LEADERSHIP & TEAM MANAGEMENT

- Lead, mentor, and review work from designers and creative contributors

- Set a high bar for craft, speed, and execution under tight timelines

- Give clear, actionable feedback and guide the team toward better outcomes

- Build a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement
