Position Summary
The Senior Associate of Enterprise Operations & Enablement provides critical operational support for our customer-facing teams, leadership, and key external stakeholders. This is a highly execution-focused role centered on day-to-day project coordination, process implementation, and logistical support. The Senior Associate will play a critical part in key projects under the guidance of leadership, and provide support for other departmental workstreams.
This unique, cross-functional role is responsible for supporting the daily execution of our internal business enablement initiatives and maintaining our tech stack. Additionally, this role features an externally-facing component focused on relationship coordination and experience management for an external advisory board. The ideal candidate is an organized, coachable, and proactive doer who can seamlessly shift between internal data auditing and professional external stakeholder coordination. This role benefits from direct interaction, mentorship, and coaching from multiple high-level leaders.
Primary Responsibilities
Internal & External Business Enablement
- Advisory Board Coordination: Support the advisor experience by coordinating activities and tracking member engagement under the guidance of leadership.
- Program Delivery Support: Assist in updating and delivering business development training and enablement content based on established methodologies and instructional designs. Conduct 1-1 training sessions to optimize technology usage.
- Technology & LMS Administration: Handle the day-to-day administration, user provisioning, and adoption tracking for enablement technologies...
