Senior Associate, Workforce Systems The Senior Associate, Workforce Systems plays a critical role in supporting the delivery, testing, training, and day-to-day operations of the Workforce Management systems for LA28. Reporting directly to the Head of Games Time Workforce Systems & Planning, this role works closely with other teams within the Workforce team, as well as supporting functional areas across the organization to ensure systems are effectively implemented, documented, and supported throughout the workforce lifecycle.  The Senior Associate will support high-volume system usage, assist in testing cycles, deliver training, and provide hands-on support to users across the organization.   This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to gain exposure to large-scale systems delivery in a Games environment, while contributing directly to the successful planning and delivery of the Olympic and Paralympic Games. Key Responsibilities: Process Development and System Testing  Support the Games Planning and Delivery workstream in developing, documenting, and refining business processes Build and maintain accurate and up-to-date system specification, configuration, and process documentation Support the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across Workforce system modules, including preparation of test cases, scripts, data sets, and defect logs Assist with system configuration activities, testing windows, and deployment planning Validate system functionality against defined business processes and user requirements  Log, track, and help prioritize sys...
