The key to any long-lasting transformation is strong change management – that’s where you come in. As part of the first team of Senior Change Activation Partners, you’ll play a central role in helping transformations for our enterprise clients be successful. With our clients, you’ll co-create change management strategies, ensuring the right folks are prepared at the right time with the right messages, at every level of the client organization. You’ll develop communications strategies that build belief, inspire action, and sustain momentum across. This role is about leading change through communications—not just delivering messages, but shaping the story that makes change possible. This is not a back-office, post-sale support role. This is a front-line, high-trust, high-impact leadership seat.
