Position SummaryThe Senior Claims Advocate, Property & Casualty is an experienced claims advocacy professional responsible for handling a portfolio of P&C claims on behalf of HUB International Northeast's clients. Reporting to the Vice President, P&C Claims, this role requires solid knowledge of insurance coverages, the ability to analyze policy language, and confidence in engaging carriers on coverage positions. The Senior Claims Advocate partners closely with Account Executives, producers, and clients to deliver responsive, high-quality claims advocacy that supports client retention and reinforces HUB's value proposition.Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesClaims Advocacy & Coverage AnalysisHandle a portfolio of P&C claims across General Liability, Property, and Auto lines, advocating on behalf of clients from initial notice through resolution.Review carrier coverage positions, reservation-of-rights letters, and disclaimers; draft rebuttals and appeals grounded in policy language, case law, and industry standards, escalating the most complex matters to the AVP as appropriate.Monitor claims activity, maintain...
