OVERVIEWWe are currently seeking a full-time (40 hrs.) Senior Clinical Research Associate (CRA)* to strengthen our Clinical Operations department. You will work in Tübingen, Munich or remote within Germany in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from Germany and the US and will contribute to our mission of delivering novel PRAME immunotherapies to patients with cancer.YOUR MISSIONThe primary responsibility of this position is to ensure clinical trial site management and monitoring activities in compliance with GCP guidelines, applicable regulations, and SOPs, including:Execution of clinical monitoring activities, including qualification, initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visitsMaintenance of Investigator Site Files and Trial Master FilesImplementation of site management activities in line with trial-specific functional plansPreparation of accurate and timely visit reportsReview of trial progress (e.g., patient recruitment, data capture, issue resolution, etc.) and initiation of appropriate actionsPrimary contact for clinical trial supplies and other stakeholders or vendorsParticipation in clinical trial team, department and company meetingsContribution to the development of trial specific documentsContribution to the continuous improvement of Clinical Operations processes and proceduresYOUR PROFILEYou hold a Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing or a comparable field and have 2+ years of experience in on-site monitoring (all visit types) within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. In-depth knowledge of ICH-GCP, applicable regulations, and clinical trial systems (e.g., eTMF, CTMS, EDC, IRT) is required. Basic knowledge of oncology, including terminology and underlying science, is preferred.We expect a high level of attention to detail, strong time management skills, including independent prioritization, and a solution-oriented working style. You thrive in a dynamic, quality-driven environment and bring excellent presentation and communication skills in German and English (minimum C1 level).
