Senior Cloud Software Engineer
Salary range: PLN 260,400 - 352,200 Subject to alignment to the responsibilities and duties of the role. About the job Build the Kubernetes experience that makes new AI accelerator hardware usable at cluster scale. As a Senior Cloud Software Engineer, you will lead Go development for accelerator integration across Kubernetes environments. You will turn complex hardware capability into a native experience for engineers running cloud-native workloads. Your work will shape how new accelerators are scheduled, managed and deployed in existing clusters. You will design services, debug deep system issues and help make production integrations reliable. This role sits close to infrastructure, software and AI compute, where practical engineering choices matter. You will also mentor engineers and influence how the team builds, reviews and documents software. It is a role for engineers who want ownership beyond implementation and visibility across a core platform. The team and culture The Workload Management team works where Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure and accelerator hardware meet. Engineers move between design, implementation, test and production readiness, staying close to real system behaviour. Ownership is practical here. You will be expected to form a view, share trade-offs early and carry important pieces of work through to completion. Decisions are made through technical evidence, clear reviews and direct discussion. The team values people who speak up, learn quickly and help others raise the bar.
