Come build that future at Cresta.ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Communications Manager is a critical individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Communications. Part relationship-builder, part storyteller, part PR tactician, your job is to tell our story, and make sure the world's top business and tech journalists, podcasters, and conference organizers think of Cresta first. You'll drive earned media day to day: creating and nurturing reporter relationships, deepening our thought leadership profile, and turning Cresta's momentum into coverage that builds our brand and helps to grow the business. Partnering closely with the Head of Communications, you’ll play a key role in PR strategy and execution. You’ll spot stories and moments where Cresta's story deserves to be told and make sure that it is. You’ll perform media outreach, draft press releases and other materials that carry our message, prep executives for interviews, and work on high-priority announcements, milestones, speaking opportunities, and award submissions. This role is for someone who has built meaningful media relationships, operated inside a fast-growing tech company, and knows how to tell a great story. This role is based in San Francisco, London, or New York, and requires in-office presence. RESPONSIBILITIES Build and deepen relationships with top-tier business and tech journalists, editors, and podcasters Drive earned media strategy for major announcements, including corporate news, partnerships, product milestones, and industry leadership moments Prepare executives and subject matter experts for media and speaking engagements.
