Join us today and apply now!The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: The Senior Compliance Analyst within the Enterprise Compliance Office (ECO) supports the build-out and day-to-day operation of Moloco’s global compliance program by turning regulatory, policy, and governance requirements into clear documentation, structured workflows, evidence, reporting, and metrics. This is a hands-on analyst role with program execution responsibilities for defined ECO initiatives, helping make compliance scalable, auditable, and easier for business teams to execute. This role reports to the Enterprise Compliance Officer and partners cross-functionally across Legal, Security/GRC, Product, Engineering, People, Finance, business teams, Internal Audit, and Compliance Champions. You’ll gather inputs, validate information, track issues and commitments to closure, and surface risks or delays early while developing expertise at the intersection of compliance, operations, and data-driven execution. This role is based near our Menlo Park, CA office and follows a hybrid in-office schedule. The Opportunity: Support the build and day-to-day operation of the ECO by translating regulatory, policy, and governance requirements into clear artifacts, trackers, and repeatable processes. Produce, maintain, and quality-check audit-ready compliance documentation and evidence, ensuring outputs are complete, accurate, version controlled, and easy to retrieve for governance, audit, and executive review.
