Senior Construction Manager – Airport

Position Summary

PMA Consultants is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to provide field oversight and Design-Build contract administration for a major capital project at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). This position will support the delivery of a new systems-intensive catering and industrial facility within an active airport environment, where construction activities must be carefully coordinated with ongoing airline and airport operations.
The Senior Construction Manager will oversee construction execution from early work through commissioning, operational readiness and transition, cutover, and closeout. The successful candidate will bring strong owner-side construction management experience, demonstrated knowledge of Design-Build delivery, and the ability to coordinate complex construction activities, equipment installation, technology systems, and operational interfaces.
