We aspire for Alpha to not only feel like ‘a job’ – but a close-knit community and the place where you want to build a career.   Roles and Responsibilities As a Manager, you will be based in Alpha’s Amsterdam office as part of our European team that is assisting Asset and Wealth management institutions in optimising their Operating Models by supporting them in Target Operating Model definitions, vendor selections and implementation or optimisation of solutions. You may be leading a workstream within a larger program; or helping to drive projects and produce deliverables for smaller projects alongside a small team of other Alpha resources. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing solutions for a range of issues facing Asset and Wealth Managers. Over the course of each project, you will collect and analyze data, prepare and test hypotheses, and present recommendations to the client to solve their unique business challenge. You’ll be playing a proactive leadership role in driving our programs forward and engaging directly with senior client stakeholders to solve their business challenges. As a Manager, you will be responsible for: Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and objectives and develop tailored solutions to address them.
