Senior Corporate Counsel Location San Francisco Presidio HQ or Bellevue About the Role Armada is seeking a pragmatic, business-minded Senior Corporate Counsel to join our Legal team, reporting directly to the Head of Legal. This is a high-impact role for a seasoned attorney who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to own significant workstreams across corporate governance, strategic transactions, commercial matters, and operational legal support. As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders across Finance, People, and Operations, helping Armada scale responsibly and efficiently. You will independently lead a wide range of legal initiatives, including corporate governance, strategic transactions and financing, entity management, and corporate legal operations, exercising judgment on complex matters where established precedent may not fully apply. This role is ideal for an attorney who combines deep legal expertise with sound business judgment and is excited to build the policies, processes, and playbooks that will scale with a rapidly growing technology company. What You’ll Do Own corporate governance matters, including preparation of board and committee materials, resolutions, minutes, and consents, and maintenance of corporate records across the corporate group. Lead legal workstreams for strategic transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, investments, financing transactions, and strategic partnerships; independently manage diligence, structuring support, and documentation from inception through close.
