Our solution uses cutting edge technology to digitize behavioral health conversations, track evidence-based care, and significantly reduce documentation work. As a Sr. Data Scientist, you will be spearheading the analysis of tens of thousands of patient-therapist conversations, working closely with our leadership, product, and clinical experts team, to derive insights that directly improve therapy sessions for thousands of people. Who are you? +5 years of proven industry experience as a data scientist +3 years of experience in Python (production grade coding) Proven experience in developing and delivering end-to-end AI models, from data cleaning, feature engineering, algorithm development, and implementation in production Experience with NLP, LLM applications and Generative AI Experience in Speech & Audio domain (e.g., Speech-to-text, Speakers Separation, Diarization, Speaker identification) – advantage Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) – advantage Start-ups experience - advantage Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or a related field - advantage How will you contribute?
