Senior Dealer & Analyst- Group Treasury

Your role & work environmentWithin Group Treasury Luxembourg, you will contribute to safeguarding ING Luxembourg’s capital, funding and liquidity position in both normal and stressed market conditions. Group Treasury acts as a key link between the business, financial markets and Group Treasury, managing liquidity, funding and interest rate risk to ensure the bank remains within risk appetite and can continue supporting its clients with confidence.As a Senior Dealer & Analyst, you will strengthen the Group Treasury team in Luxembourg and play a key role in interest rate risk management, balance sheet management and treasury transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, senior management, Market Risk Management, Finance and Group Treasury.Your key responsibilitiesManage and optimise the economic interest rate risk position of ING Luxembourg, linking business flows to balance sheet items and translating them into appropriate hedging actions.Oversee Group Treasury interest rate risk management books and ensure they remain within mandate, policy and risk appetite.Advise business stakeholders and senior management on net interest margin stabilisation, balance sheet developments and interest rate risk implications.Execute and monitor financial market transactions, ranging from day-to-day Nostro cash optimisation to longer-dated interest rate swaps used to hedge the bank against adverse market moves.Validate and challenge risk and P&L reporting, working closely with Market Risk Management, Finance and Group Treasury Head Office.Contribute to transformation initiatives, including changes to the Target Operating Model, system migrations and future book integrity.Support colleagues across the bank in understanding interest rate risk, IRRBB requirements and treasury architecture by translating technical concepts into clear business messages.We look forA colleague with a talent for taking it on and making it happen, enthusiasm for helping others to be successful and a knack for always being a step ahead.
