POSITION SUMMARY

The Assistant Controller is a key leadership role within the Accounting organization, responsible for the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of the company's global financial close, technical accounting positions, and internal controls. This role partners directly with the Corporate Controller to manage a growing accounting team, drive process improvement and automation, and ensure the company's financial reporting scales with the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on accounting leader who thrives in a dynamic, international SaaS environment and wants to help build scalable finance infrastructure ahead of continued growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual global close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements across all entities and currencies.
  • Own technical accounting research and application for complex areas including revenue recognition (ASC 606), leases (ASC 842), stock-based compensation, business combinations, and foreign currency translation.
