Senior Director - Digital Workplace The Senior Director - Digital Workplace will lead the growth, development, and delivery of 3Cloud’s Digital Workplace capability. This leader will be responsible for building an integrated portfolio spanning Microsoft 365, Copilot, collaboration, endpoint management, workplace security, employee experience, adoption, automation, and managed workplace services. The Senior Director will help clients modernize how employees work by connecting technology implementation with security, governance, organizational change, experience design, and measurable business adoption. The role will work closely with 3Cloud sales and service-line leaders, Microsoft, and Cognizant account and delivery teams to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and convert demand into sustained revenue growth. This individual will serve as both a market-facing practice leader and a trusted advisor to senior client executives. The successful candidate will bring deep Microsoft Digital Work expertise, strong consulting and commercial skills, and a demonstrated ability to build offerings, lead complex transformations, and scale high-performing teams. This role reports to the 3Cloud CTI (Cloud Technology Insights) leader.   Responsibilities Growth and Market Development · Define and execute the growth strategy for the Digital Workplace practice. · Build a qualified pipeline that supports bookings, revenue, margin, and pull-through objectives. · Partner with Microsoft, Cognizant, and Sales teams to identify and shape strategic workplace transformation opportunities. · Develop trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, including CIOs, HR leaders, CISOs, and business executives. · Position Digital Workplace as a strategic business transformation capability that improves employee experience, productivity, collaboration, and adoption.   Offering and Solution Leadership · Develop and evolve a portfolio of repeatable Digital Workplace offerings, methodologies, accelerators, and implementation frameworks. · Lead complex solutioning efforts, including discovery, assessments, executive workshops, proposals, pric...
