Senior Director, Provider Experience

About the role: The Senior Director of Provider Experience is a strategic role responsible for deeply understanding the provider experience and then developing and executing a roadmap of cross-functional initiatives. This high-performing leader is a curious and analytical doer, and will work in a fast-paced environment to influence key partners to deliver impactful outcomes. Work Location: This is a remote position, open to candidates who reside in: Atlanta, Georgia. You will be fully remote; however, our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $196,732- $258,211 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants, and annual performance bonuses. Responsibilities: Develop deep framework and measures for understanding the experience of Oscar's providers and the impact experience has on Oscar's network. Be the voice of and advocate for the provider experience internally and externally. Define and shape the Oscar Provider Experience strategy. Collaborate with leaders across Oscar to identify and analyze strategic opportunities to define the roadmap driving Oscar's Provider Experience. Lead the execution of multiple simultaneous, high-visibility strategic projects, and partner with cross-functional leaders to operationalize recommendations. Foster relationships with SMEs and functional leaders across Oscar to understand problems impacting providers and drive alignment around the broader strategic vision. Effectively communicate goals and findings and drive organizational change management. Maintain deep healthcare market and provider experience industry knowledge, keeping a pulse on vendor innovation, regulatory changes, and competitor models. Leverage data to drive insights, root cause analysis and ROI assessments. Recruit, lead and develop a strong team dedicated to delivering high impact outcomes.
