We are looking for an exceptional Senior Director of Strategic Finance to help shape Stash's financial strategy and drive operational excellence as we execute on our mission. Reporting directly to the CFO, this leader will own the company's Financial Planning & Analysis function while partnering closely with leadership to drive strategic decision-making, resource allocation, and long-term value creation. This role combines best-in-class FP&A leadership with selective Corporate Development responsibilities, making it ideal for a strategic finance leader who enjoys both operational rigor and evaluating transformational growth opportunities. You will lead an established team and serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO, translating complex financial and operational data into actionable business insights. What you'll do:  Lead Stash's Financial Planning & Analysis function, including annual planning, long-range planning, forecasting, management reporting, and performance management. Partner directly with the CFO to develop financial strategy and support key business initiatives across the company. Lead an established Strategic Finance team, developing talent while building scalable FP&A processes, reporting, and financial infrastructure. Own company-wide budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, operating plans, and financial outcomes. Develop and monitor key financial and operational performance indicators, delivering actionable insights that improve decision-making across the organization. Partner with business leaders to evaluate investments, optimize resource allocation, and identify opportunities to improve operating performance and efficiency. Prepare materials and analyses for the Board of Directors, executive leadership, and investors, including business reviews, financial updates, and strategic recommendations. Lead complex financial modeling, scenario planning, and sensitivity analyses to support critical strategic decisions. Partner with Accounting and Data Science to continuously improve financial reporting, planning systems, and data quality.
