Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be the architect and lead for the entire NY TSOL team, responsible for the strategy, people, and processes that transition hundreds of graduates annually into high-wage IT and tech-enabled careers. You are a thought leader in the workforce development and tech-staffing space. You don't just react to the market; you anticipate it. You will serve as a high-level consultant to external partners—including Fortune 500 executives and civic leaders—while ensuring that, internally, our operational "supply chain" from classroom to career is seamless, data-driven, and scalable. WHAT YOU’LL DO 1. Executive Leadership & Departmental Management Head of TSOL: Provide primary leadership and strategic direction for the entire New York City Market Talent Solutions team. You are responsible for hiring, mentoring, and performance-managing an eight person team of Directors, Sr. Managers and Managers. Direct Partnership: Serve as a key member of the market Leadership Team, working in lockstep with the NYC Managing Director and NY+NJ High Growth Market Executive Director to align placement goals with regional growth, fundraising, and sustainability target outcomes.
