This leader owns the end-to-end product delivery experience for alumni and external learners, ensuring high-quality, industry-aligned instruction that drives completion, certification attainment, and ultimately job mobility. You are both a technical and andragogical expert; someone who deeply understands how adults learn, how technical skills translate to the labor market, and how to build scalable instructional systems that deliver consistent outcomes. You bring experience leading distributed instructional teams and are energized by building high-impact learning environments that balance rigor, flexibility, and accessibility. With ambitious growth goals and a commitment to economic mobility, you will lead a national team of full-time and adjunct instructors, ensuring delivery excellence across instructor-led and asynchronous programs. WHAT YOU’LL DO   Technical Training Strategy & Leadership Lead a national technical training strategy aligned to Career Accelerator growth and outcomes goals. Serve as the lead technical and andragogical subject matter expert for the Career Accelerator and Alumni Relations team.
